I Fucking HATE Denise Austin

I've been doing her workouts in the morning. On the one this morning she said, "I did step aerobics on the day I had my first child." Now how the hell is that supposed to motivate someone?! That is not normal and it pisses me off that an "exercise guru" is trying to set that kind of standard for women. Give us a realistic goal and be a realistic model for us. Lord knows we don't have enough of them.
