Yay. Yay. YAY!

I received the most wonderful email today from a woman on my microtia yahoo board. She is an absolute saint. She has a daughter with microtia, and my understanding is that she is an attorney and helps people with insurance issues on a pro bono basis.

Here's the email:

Just got off the phone w/ Dr. Reinisch. No deposit for you, he'll
take his chances with a post-service appeal that I'll do for you once
Blue Shield pays their pittance

Life is good and I can stress a little less now.
